Description
This commercially rated induction cooktop meets ETL-US (UL197), ETL Sanitary (NSF-4), and FCC requirements for electric cooking appliances.  It is extremely fast and safe, and with the push of a button you can change the temperature instantly, just like cooking with gas, but without the open flame.  The cooktop stays cool except where it comes in contact with the pan, making it safer to use.

    • Interface disk - No need to replace non-ferrous (not induction-rated) cookware!  With the Induction Interface Disk you can use any cookware including aluminum, glass, copper, porcelain, and non-magnetic stainless steel

Standard gas and electric burners cook by heating the cookware from below to heat the pan, which cooks your food. This creates excess heat on the surface of the stove and wasted energy.

An induction cooktop creates an electromagnetic force within the cooktop, which causes the cookware to get hot. No excess heat is created; in fact, the cooking surface only gets warm where it comes in contact with the cookware. Less heat in the kitchen, and no burned-on food spills!
