Terms and Conditions


All returns must be pre-approved and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).You can request an RMA number online via e-mail. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the returned package. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and are subject to refusal by our vendors shipping department.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the product is received damaged or you received the wrong item or items. We will waive the restocking fee if you choose to exchange for an item or items of equal or greater value.

Returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment. No returns after 30 days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We do not issue call tags nor accept freight collect shipments. If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse shipping cost and/or at our discretion issue a call tag to retrieve the item(s).

Unauthorized returns and/or shipments refused by customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus any fees levied by the freight carrier (including return shipping cost).

Goods that have been damaged by the consumer, have been installed and/or removed, have missing or spoiled packaging, have missing hardware, components or any item returned that is not in new condition will be deemed non-returnable and returned to the consumer at their request and expense. No refund will be issued in such cases and we will notify the customer via email, postal mail and/or telephone.

Shipping Policies

We reserve the right to ship certain items to our choosing, meaning some items can only be shipped ground and if you request 2nd day air and the item cannot be shipped in that method, then we will notify you and refund the difference of the shipping cost to you. We also reserve the right to ship some items via Postal Service in place of UPS ground, this may be because of in stock or out of stock issues. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if the shipping costs are incorrect.


Same Business Day* - Cancellation requests received on the same business day as the order was placed result in no penalty. We also reserve the right to cancel any order if item is out of stock or misprinted on the website.

Items that have entered the shipping process or items that have already shipped may not be canceled. For such items, please see our "Returns" policy.

Fraudulent Orders

It is a violation of law to make orders in a false name or with an invalid credit card, even if our software initially accepts such a bid. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits a unique internet address to us, which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. This puts you at substantial personal legal risk. Fraudulent order makers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Currently, both the FBI, Interpol and Polish police are responsible for investigating all Internet fraud cases.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer of the product in question. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer and do our best to help you in anyway we can with warranty issues. However, the manufacturer is ultimately responsible for all warranty claims and it is their sole discretion whether to honor or disapprove a warranty claim. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES -- Goods warranted by manufacturer(s) only. Global Trucker hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied. Global Trucker is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential damage or injury of any kind.

Goods Damaged By Carrier and Shortages

You must inspect goods upon receipt for shipment damage. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of receipt. If a product is accepted from the carrier and you don't file a damage claim within 48 hours with the carrier, the carrier will consider the shipment to have arrived in good condition. Shortages must be reported to Global Trucker within 48 hours. Please call 270-227-1439 to report any shortage with your order.
